Get back to peak form after a setback.

Whether it is an injury, a hard season at work or a tough stretch in life, kinesiology can help you release the stress that slows recovery, alongside care from your doctor or physio.

Feeling stuck?

Stress has a way of showing up in the body, and it can make getting back on track harder than it needs to be.

How kinesiology can help

Your body and mind are closely connected. When stress builds up, it can affect energy, sleep, posture and the way you move. In a session, we use gentle muscle monitoring and acupressure-based balancing to identify and release that stress, supporting your body’s natural recovery.

We start with a wellness assessment and a full history, so your sessions are tailored to you.

Common questions

Does kinesiology replace medical care?

No. Kinesiology is a complementary therapy and works alongside, not instead of, care from your GP, specialist or other health professionals.

How will I feel after a session?

Most people feel calm and refreshed. Occasionally people notice mild reactions for a day or two as their body adjusts; these usually pass quickly.

How much does a session cost?

A 55-minute session is $200 plus GST, and a 40-minute session is $130 plus GST. If you are facing financial difficulty, please ask, as we are open to discussing options.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly, and no GP referral is needed.
