For children and adults whose focus, learning or emotions are affected by anxiety, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia or autism. Sessions work alongside school, tutoring and any care from your GP or specialists.

How kinesiology can help
Kinesiology looks at how stress affects the way we take in, process and express information. Using gentle muscle monitoring, we identify what is getting in the way, then use balancing techniques to help your child feel calmer and more ready to learn.
We work closely with parents throughout, and sessions are gentle, hands-on and tailored to your child’s age and needs.

Common questions
Is it suitable for young children?
Yes. Sessions are gentle and non-invasive, and we adapt them to suit your child’s age and attention span.
Does kinesiology replace medical care?
No. Kinesiology is a complementary therapy and works alongside, not instead of, care from your GP, specialist or other health professionals.
How much does a session cost?
A 55-minute session is $200 plus GST, and a 40-minute session is $130 plus GST. If you are facing financial difficulty, please ask, as we are open to discussing options.
How many sessions will my child need?
It varies. A series of sessions is usually recommended, and we will agree a plan with you after the first assessment.
